Achieve This! Critter Gitter

Continuing on my animal based achievement fascination I bring you Critter Gitter a fun, quick and inexpensive achievement to get.

This is a perfect little diversion to every day play with the added satisfaction of parading around with your glorious critter army!

For this you will need to be level 70. Firstly acquire some Critter Bites, a tasty little snack those little dears can’t resist. If you’re a high level cook the recipe can be purchased for three Dalaran cooking awards received from doing your cooking dailies from:

Derek Odds, Dalaran
Mera Mistrunner, Icecrown
Misensi, Dalaran

The materials are 2 x Chilled Meat and 1 x Northern Spices each, you will need 20 x Chilled Meat and 10 x Northern Spices in total, its perhaps worth making a few more just incase the first attempt fails.

Alternatively you can purchase the Critter Bites from the Auction House or get a high level cook to make them for you.

Right……….. you have your ammo, now for the target!

Critters can be found all over the world rats, turkeys, cows and cats, but what you need is a nice group of them all together. Here are a couple of places around the world that make perfect spots.

Deeprun Tram: The rats at the Ironforge end.
Elwynn forest: The cat ladies house near Goldshire, lots of cats and a few cows as well.
Borean Tundra: The coastline is littered with small islands covered in penguins, this is by far the easiest place as the little critters stand still.
Orgrimmar: Run between “Rocktusk Farm” to the right of the entrance and “Jaggedswine Farm” to the left. Each has about 8 swine critters.

The best bit…. After throwing the Critter Bites at your chosen targets they will become your pets, following you around until the duration of the Critter Bite buff wears off after three minutes.

My personal favourite is a cow army, people look on in horror as I run through Stormwind being flanked by my 10 cows!
