tle to show off to all your mates, yes? Well then don’t we just have the achievement for you.

Who are these dudes?

The Ashen Verdict is the faction formed when the Argent Crusade under Highlord Tirion Fordring joined forces with the Knights of the Ebon Blade who are led by Highlord Darion Mograine. This reputation is made for and exists solely in Icecrown Citadel. They are bad arse dudes with one common purpose, assault Icecrown Citadel and wipe out everything therein, you wouldn’t want to meet this lot down a dark alley at pub kicking out time I can assure you.

Not ANOTHER rep grind?

Unfortunately so and this can be done in only one way killing anything and everything that moves in Icecrown Citadel (not the maggots, I did live in hope!)

• Most trash mobs give 15 rep
• The larger mobs such as Deathbound Wards and Deathspeaker High Priests give 49 or 50 rep.
• Gunship Battle rewards 100 rep
• All other bosses give 250 rep
• Sister Svalna (the miniboss at the beginning of frost wing) rewards 450 rep

*Note: The members of the opposite faction before gunship do not reward reputation*

How are you going to keep me interested?

Well, at each stage of reputation starting at friendly you will receive a new ring, these are gradually upgraded the higher your reputation climbs so for one evenings work you will already have a shiny new epic. See here for the full list of rings.

How am I going to do this?

One of the ways to do this grind without waiting for it to reset each week would be farming trash. This involves going in (doesn’t even have to be a full raid, just whatever you feel comfortable killing trash with) and killing all the mobs up to Lord Marrowgar. The raid then zones out and the leader can reset the instance, respawning the trash.

This is a great way to not only get reputation, but a few of those epic trash drops.

Do I get anything else?

First reward is simple enough. For hitting exalted you get The Ashen Verdict which gives “(Your Name) of the Ashen Verdict”.

At honored Engineers/Tailors/Leatherworkers/Blacksmiths can all start trading in Primordial Saronite for crafting patterns. There is another set of patterns available at revered as well for

all but the engineers.
