You may ask yourself why, why the hell are you doing this? Well the principal aim is to have a interesting place for realm related news, gossip and opinion, un moderated fun, a place that if it sounds like the truth, it probably is, and we want to let you know about it.

A new blog-cum-journal-cum-rant-cum-naughty-schoolkids-writing-rude-words-on-the-blackboard-when-Miss-isn’t-looking. Yes Emerald Dreamers is here and although it wont end realm drama or solve the issues of who’s being nerfed next patch or why oh why wont that item you want so much not drop from [insert boss name here], its free and it might make you laugh, that’s something isn’t it?

At the same time we want to help you get to know your realm that little bit better, the names, guilds and PVP players achieving great things and those players doing something fun, different or interesting that may inspire you.

The realm forums have been neglected, transformed into seemingly endless recruitment threads with the occasional little gem that gets derailed quicker than trains at Hatfield. Hopefully this blog will offer people an incentive to at least take a peek at both the official and unofficial forums and to stir up some discussion, some healthy discussion, some discussion that doesn’t start with “OMG YOUR SO GAI” (unless there are some RP screenshots of some kinky teabagging in Cutthroat Alley.)
