I was happy to post TBC on Emerald Dreamers, but it seem the dreamers have slipped into a coma…

Not sure when the next TBC will hit the site – seems things have slowed down a bit on ED.

Yeah, a recent post by Ghostcrawler confirmed that the raids are going to be tuned so that you will require more heroic/badge/crafted gear before stepping foot in entry raids. There’s also the inability to do 25 man to overgear for 10, I suppose, what with the same loot dropping.

I recall reading a post from blizz saying that cata dungeons were going to be harder at 85 entry then naxx was for 80s.
Mostly because they have reduced the aoe, but apparently it won’t be a quest greens job anyway

You misunderstand. I’m speaking of normal modes not hard modes. Hard modes will still be hard (for the non top 5% who’re gonna blitz it second week).

However the normal mode of the first raid will be easier than what we’re used to with normal TOC and normal ICC.

While allot of people didn’t it was more widely known and more accessible than say Malygos, seem people only getting the achievement for that when ToC came out or OS with drakes up. So while something like OS 0/1 was usually quickish and easy 2/3 was most certainly not. Hence the advantage they have this time around is the ability to add numerous different modes to the the first few raids of cata , meaning it won’t have to necessarily be so “easy” from the offset.
