Basically you will have to host an impromptu dinner party at each of these battle grounds, serving a delightful Great Feast (don’t forget a rich gnome stew will accompany this main course perfectly.)

Killing a lot of things very very quickly has always imbued us with a sense of power, and now we get achievement points for it too! What more could you possibly want from a Thursday evening? Apart from cake, but that goes without saying.
Introduction from the ED: Prue’s crazy endeavours have featured highly on Emerald Dreamers recently, he has kindly offered to do a running report of his 10 man achievement group for Icecrown Citadel, full of hints, tips and giggles along the way. This first post covers all the ICC boss fights and will elaborate on these and the hard mode achievements over the following weeks!
Seeing as this will be my first blog entry, covering our weekly ICC 10 man run, this one might end up being a pretty long write-up since we are already a few weeks in. The content will mostly be about the individual boss achievements, since these are our main priority, and the upcoming hard modes, coupled with – hopefully – some witty remarks and funny incidents along the way. With insanity tribute runs on farm very early on we have been aching to get some new challenges for our 10 man setup and without having tried any of Icecrown Citadel on the PTR it has so far been a refreshing experience compared to its gap-filling predecessor.
On the back of our feature interview with Prue, Share the Love was mentioned to be one of the more annoying to do, so we’re here to help!
I can’t be blamed for saying the idea of this achievement worries me, I mean, do we go out daily to get maimed by massive rhinos? I hope not, and unless you work in a zoo or live a country Rhinos are native to you probably wouldn’t have the opportunity, but getting maimed on purpose…. weird.
Prior to now I have focused on the varied and great achievements of groups of people for our feature interviews, but there are others……individuals who have taken this game to the next level and are pushing daily to accomplish something astonishing.
I speak to you of Prue, a level 80 purr/growl/miow Druid who has set their sights of gaining as many achievement points as possible and currently stands as 55th highest in the WORLD. That’s right my fellow Dreamers, we’re not just talking server or EU ratings but Prue is getting to bash some Yanks as well!
I caught up with Prue to discuss why the fascination with achievements and to share some stories about achievement……well…… achieving!
Over the last few weeks, our guild has seen a push for MOAR REPUTATION. On Saturday, a freshly dinged 80 had no other priority than to stay up until 7am grinding Darnassus rep for a kitty mount, and the race to guild first The Exalted is truly underway.
Basically, this is my excuse for a rep-based Achieve This!.
Hero of the Zandalar Tribe is one of the first rep achievements I attempted (before achievements existed, because I just lurrrrrrve rep). It involves, funnily enough, achieving exalted status with the Zandalar Tribe. Never heard of them? Shame on you.
